Rules & objective
Skeat’s recorded turn-based version (1900): 7 pits with 7 seeds each; your store is on your left. Sow clockwise into BOTH stores. Your store gives another choice; the other store ends the move. Landing in an occupied pit relays its whole contents. Ending in an empty own pit captures only the opposite seeds, leaving the landing seed. Either empty row ends the round; each collects their own row. Quick mode scores one round. In a refill match, fill from your right with 7 per pit; unfilled pits close for that round. Keep surplus in store. Unable to fill a pit loses. Round starters alternate. Three identical positions settle by seed ownership. This is not the modern simultaneous-opening version.
Controls
Keys 1–6 choose a pit. Arrows select; Enter plays.
Worked example
Check your store position and the selected edition before sowing. This entry retains Main Chongkak/Dakon round rules rather than the separate simultaneous-opening game.
