Rules & objective
Use equal numbers of 0s and 1s in each row and column. Never place three identical digits consecutively. Completed rows must be distinct, as must completed columns.

After 0, 0 in a row, the next cell cannot be 0. Avoiding triples is only one condition; each row must also balance zeros and ones.
