Place exactly one star in every row, column and outlined region. Stars cannot touch horizontally, vertically or diagonally. Mark remaining cells empty.

Worked example
Stars cannot touch by an edge or corner. After placing one, exclude its eight neighbors and check row, column and region quotas.
