Rules & objective
Dékabès means the non-double final tile has a legal placement on each open end, including equal-number ends; doubles never qualify. This is the recorded championship option without gestures. Each seat privately accepts the deal; a holder of five or more doubles may demand a full reshuffle, never an automatic replacement. Computers demand it when eligible. The nomination representative sees only their own hand; choosing the partner triggers a private handoff. Same-team minimum ties use the lower seat as representative; after a blocked tie, the previous leader represents the same starting team. These interface conventions do not change scoring. Selection and hints are previews until confirmed. Computers and hints know only their own hand and public tiles/counts, never other hands or future deals. Rules and the ledger pause computers. Undo includes replies; Redo restores them. Restart keeps the current deal and its prior scores/base, including an accepted redeal. New starts at zero with mandatory double six. All four hands are revealed only after the hand ends. No timer, wagering or physical penalties.
Use all 28 double-six tiles, seven each, opposite partners, counterclockwise seats 1→2→3→4. Five or more doubles permit a full redeal. Start the first hand with double six; later winners nominate either partner to lead any tile. Match either end, play if able, otherwise pass; no draws or spinner. Emptying a hand wins for its team. Four consecutive passes end a block: compare individual remaining pips, not team totals. Opposing minimum ties preserve scores and give the same starting team the next lead. The next winning hand has base 2; further ties do not increase it. Normally win the base. A non-double final tile fitting both ends scores twice the base as Dékabès, without hard-end requirements. This gives 4 after a tie. Winners add their award; opponents reset to zero. Reach at least 4 to win the match.

Worked example
Opposite partners start the first deal with double six. Later leadership and optional reshuffle rights follow this Haitian profile’s conditions.
