Rules & objective
This edition follows the Islington Education Library Service basic six-cowrie rules. Opposite colours form partnerships, four counters per colour; win with all eight home. Each arm has three columns of eight cells. Travel out along your middle column, anticlockwise around the edge and back to the centre in exactly84 steps. Highest opening throw starts; tied leaders repeat, then the winner throws afresh. Mouths up:0 means25,1 means10,2–6 their count.0,1,6 give a grace and another throw. The first counter of each colour can start on any throw; later or captured counters need a grace, using the full throw. You may decline a move. A grace still grants another throw. Landing on ordinary enemy-occupied cells captures every enemy there and grants another throw. Partners stack safely; stacks do not block passage. Enemy castles cannot be landed on or captured. Finish exactly. There is no one-step throw: stopping at83 strands that counter, so check the preview or Undo.
