Fill every row and column with 1–N, without repeats, and respect every inequality. Dark fixed numbers cannot be changed.
Controls
Tap/arrows select; digit keys/pad enter,0/Delete clears. Fixed clues cannot change.
Worked example
For a less-than sign between two cells, the left value must be smaller. A row with no repeats still fails if an inequality is broken.
